      @Jebrone i dont …
      @Jebrone i dont think you should be going round shouting about inelegance any intelligent person would see the best way of makeing that base graphic is in AI or freehand (thus preserving it as a VECTOR file for use in other graphics if need be)

      also layer styles are over complicated yet crude a better way would be loading a texture into another layer and useing a blend mode (thtat way the texture is modifiable)

      see nothing to do with his teaching methods he technique is just poor

      @menace450 First …
      @menace450 First they’re not complicated at all. On top of that, And again, it doesn’t matter how it looks, he’s showing you what you can do, so you may apply this technique into something better looking. for example: he uses the teeth technique to make a gear like shape. Of course people may apply this to something else, like a hexagon figure or a straight box by doing a little modification. I’m sorry your mind lacks the intelligence to understand his teaching methods!

      Hey, I got around to doing this, took a little bit and it was starting to go downhill because I couldn’t find the track picture, but the mask kind of saved it, almost looks like a vignette around it now. I ended up getting a crappy (but similar) picture online. Do you have any recomendations for where to find good pictures online? I just google image searched. Thanks for the tutorial, it was really fun :)
