im not saying that …
im not saying that there aren’t any programs out there can do that, but ive never heard of it if there is. From what i know, the picture has to be taken from a good camera, or if you’re getting pics from google images the size should be pretty big like 600 x 800 or bigger.

depends on your …
depends on your picture’s resolution, higher resolution won’t show pixels as much as a low resolution photo.
