The nice curve you …
The nice curve you make at the beginning is ruined by the feathering of 8 pixels you use after.
Personnaly, I wouldn’t outline the tattoo so closely with the path. Instead, I’d make a larger selection and use a very very slight feathering (like 2 pixels) ;then copy/paste it to a new layer onto which I’d use the stamp tool. Finally I’d use a large smooth eraser to delete the top of the layer (keeping the bottom sharp enough to keep the curve.
And when it’s OK, I’d merge the two layers.
