Go to the toolbar, …
Go to the toolbar, right next to “view”
The one you want to click is “window”
click that, then make sure “Animation”
is checked!
That should solve it.

anyway i accidentally closed that animaton frame popup below your images, where do i click to bring it back?

Okay; first things …
Okay; first things first. Instead close CS3 and re-try. When you do that, find all the images you want; Press down and hold the “ctrl” key when selecting images, then click open and they will all come out.
You also said that it replaces the previously opened image, what you do is press the “F” key when on photoshop after opening your images, press it until you see ALL of your images.
If you need further istance just ask.

hey irkramer ive got a problem, i cant select all the files to open by pressing shift, which windows do you use because on my adobe when im selecting a picture to open, it replaces the previously opened image already placed on the frame
